A lovely experience, with attentive staff were really nice, like accommodating an early breakfast request and allowing spa usage outside regular hours. The breakfast selection was world-class, with delicious options including Swiss cheese and made-to-order dishes. The location was ideal, providing easy access to fine beach views.

Excellent friendly staff who deserve special mention for excellent customer service, gave a few recommendations. I ate at an excellent restaurant with a Michelin rated chef. The bed was very comfy, the bathroom was luxurious. The location in a quite new area was great and amazing and there were a supermarket and stores nearby. I checked out Bagno Maurizio, that was set just a short walk away from the property.

Luxurious Experience with Fine Views
The breakfast was a highlight, with a good array of homemade pastries and an extensive selection of hot and cold items that delighted our mornings. The staff were attentive and remembered our preferences. If I had to nitpick, I found the beach club fees a bit steep, but overall, the experience was worth every cent.

We were traveling with our little dog and were very friendly received by the staff. We had a large apartment with sea view on the 4th floor, the rooms were very clean and well maintained. Also for us as a vegetarian was at breakfast a lot of choice, there was even soy and rice milk!
Our little dog was unfortunately not allowed in the breakfast room, although enough space would be available, so that no one feels disturbed.

Breakfast was good. The pool is quite nice and makes fun even at low outside temperatures heated to 36 degrees C. But also no attention for details.
Many details are not correct. The classic rooms were a disappointment and did not match the pictures. The decor in the room was very thin and careless. For example, mattress smaller than bed base. , Price-performance is not right.

The rooftop pool's view was amazing, especially with cocktails in hand. The proximity to the beach was perfect for our family.

Very professional reception, extremely courteous
The decor of the colonial rooms is ancient and pieced together, far from 5 stars

Style and tradition characterize the house. The view of the promenade and the good service complete the pleasant overall picture.
The spa facilities in the basement (sauna and Turkish bath) do not meet the requirements of the Labes 'Small luxury hotels of the world', definitely too tight and uncomfortable. The noise insulation on the floors and in the restaurant EC is poor.

The rooftop pool offered fantastic views, and we loved cycling along the promenade to some local restaurants. The breakfast had great variety and was delicious. Staff were so helpful, especially Martina, who recommended awesome places in Florence and arranged a vineyard trip for us.
One downside was the slow housekeeping service. We had to be out of our room most of the day to avoid disturbing them.

The breakfast was delicious.
The room was almost as loud as a train station hall. Room on the 5th floor near the roof pool. Pool area was rented for a wedding party. The whole night the full continuous sound. It had nothing to do with holidays. At least we were assigned to another room on the 2nd day.
